SHoP’s Jonathan Mallie Wins ENR Newsmaker Award

SHoP Architects principal Jonathan Mallie will be one of 25 members of the engineering community to be honored with Engineering News-Record’s Award of Excellence. During his time at SHoP, Mallie has used emerging technologies to facilitate collaboration and information sharing with fabricators and builders, promoting a hands-on approach to the design and construction process. Engineering News-Record, McGraw-Hill Construction’s industry-leading publication and website and part of The McGraw-Hill Companies, will present its 48th annual “Award of Excellence Gala” on April 18, 2013, at the Marriott Marquis in New York. The black-tie awards gala will honor the Top 25 ENR Newsmakers for their innovations and achievements, for giving back to the construction industry and the public, and for going beyond their day-to-day jobs. At the event, one ENR Newsmaker will win the event’s highest honor, the Award of Excellence, and will be the subject of a cover story in the April 22 issue of ENR.
